• The Voice Projection Unit (VPU) clips to the front of a C50/FM50 gas mask without any special tools.
• Quick release, just press in a catch on the bottom of the unit that releases the mounting of the VPU
• The VPU allows the gas mask user's voice to be clear, which is called for in certain situations.
• The microphone fits inside the gas mask using the 3 pins visible in the images, the microphone is powered by the VPU
