OUR CONDITION GUIDELINES

• ---

  New - With tags or in original packaging
  

  Brand new items with original tags or in original packaging.

• ---

  Used - Grade A
  

  Items with light signs of use  eg small light stains/marks.  Will require a clean.

• ---

  Used - Grade B

  Items with noticeable signs of previous use which may include small tears, faded patches, stains or other signs of use.  Still have plenty of useful life left and will require a clean.
